Description

228 First Street, NW, ca. 1903. Built as a warehouse, it was home to the Business High School when this photo was taken.

It was later occupied by the Columbia Specialty Paper Box Co. - it appears to have been razed ca. 1938, after it partially collapsed. Photo from the "Washington Times".
