- Keep according to NWS photo submission information "By submitting images, you understand that your image is being released into the public domain. This means that your photo or video may be downloaded, copied, and used by others." Hence the photos are in the public domain and can be used on Commons ~Gwennieđď˝đŹÂ đď˝ 16:59, 18 July 2021 (UTC)
- Keep For the reasons stated above. It is even stated in the {{PD-NWS}} template that third-party photographs submitted to the NWS "have explicitly been released to the public domain by the copyright owner as part of the upload process." TornadoLGS (talk) 21:27, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
